Custom and Made-to-Order Products
All custom, made-to-order, and special-finish items are non-refundable. These products are crafted specifically for your project and cannot be restocked or resold. Please ensure that all details, measurements, and finishes are reviewed and confirmed prior to placing your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this window, production may already be underway and cancellation may not be possible. If you need to request a cancellation, contact our team as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, clear photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or repair.
Return Shipping
In the event a return is approved, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of a manufacturing error or shipping damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items purchased on sale or at a discount
- Products that have been installed or altered
- Stone or tile samples
